1. Purchasing conditions.

The following conditions govern the sale of products presented on this Website by Tolky Monkys, a trademark belonging to Plactoon Character Lab, S.L. C/ Montera 32, 2º - Local 8: 28013 Madrid, Spain. CIF: B84701382.

2. Website content ownership.

All of the illustrations, designs, icons, graphics, photographs, images and any others elements that form part of the Website are the exclusive property of Plactoon Character Lab, S.L. The elements of this Website are designed for the purpose of offering for sale the products identified by the brand Tolky Monkys. The copying or utilization of said elements in no way entails the transfer of any rights to them. In this regard, the reproduction, publication, transmission, modification of distribution by any means of the elements constituting this website (including the software) is expressly prohibited.
Reproduction is understood as the transfer of the images to a medium that allows their transmission or the obtaining of copies of all or part of them.
Transformation is understood as any modification to the form of the designs from which another design can be derived.

The products offered for sale can only be purchased by people resident in the EU25, America or Australia. People resident outside these regions can only benefit from the on-line purchasing service of this Website if the mailing address for the products is within them.

5. Purchasing guarantee.

Each product is accompanied by the following information:

* Tolky Monkys has gone to great efforts to assure that the colors of the garments are reproduced as faithfully as possible. Nonetheless, the colors that appear on your screen may display variations depending on the quality of your computer monitor and navigator. In this regard, Tolky Monkys cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on your monitor are entirely faithful to reality. Sales, special offers and discounts are valid until the date indicated or until supplies have run out.

6. Payment method and security.

Tolky Monkys can only accept payments made through:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) (only for Spain)
- bank transfer to an account indicated to the client
- Paypal
- Credit or Debit card: Through the Paypal option you can pay either with credit or debit card.

7. Shipping.

Delivery of all articles purchased at www.tolkymonkys.com will be realized via Correos y Telégrafos or Tourline Express, and the approximate shipping time varies according to the delivery address and choice of shipping mode:

SPAIN

Ordinary mail
- Madrid Region: 4 working days
- Mainland Spain and Balearic Islands: 5 working days
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 7 working days

Express mail
- Mainland Spain: Between 24 and 48 hours

In order to avoid problems with the order (address errors, no one at home to accept delivery, etc), it’s essential that you complete the order form correctly, and it’s advisable to include a contact phone number in the corresponding box. The price for the shipping to Spain is 3,60€ Ordinary Mail and 4,90€ Express Mail, regardless of the number of articles ordered. If the shipping is to other country in Europe the price is 6,90€ and to America or Australia, the price is 8€, and again, this is regardless of the number of items you order.

In case of selecting Express mail, the payment can only be done via Bank Transfer or Paypal.

The prices indicated above might be changed due to temporal promotions that will be conveniently published in the different sections of the site.

8. Returns.

If upon receipt of your order you are unsatisfied, Tolky Monkys allows returns within 10 days, counted from the date of receipt, as long as the product has not been used or damaged.
All orders include a copy of the current contract with information about the various return methods available to clients of Tolky Monkys. To make a return, you must contact Customer Service , indicating “Return” as the subject, and if possible describing the reason.

9. Returns by mail.

A change of size or color, or returns for a refund on the purchased items can be made by regular mail. All returns must be made in their original packaging and with the return form correctly completed.

Once the item or items have been received, Tolky Monkys will verify that they are in good condition and will then proceed to ship the Client the size or color requested (if the return was for an exchange), or if the return was for a refund, will instruct the relevant Financial Entity to make a transfer to the Bank Account supplied by the Client on the Return Form.

Tolky Monkys cannot accept returns of damaged or used items, or without the original packaging, unless the item was defective.

Shipping costs for items returned for exchange or refund will be assumed by Tolky Monkys as long as the client resides in Spain, and only in those cases when the return is due to an error by Tolky Monkys or for an article of inadequate quality. In no case will Tolky Monkys accept returns sent COD.
In case the order was from outside Spain, Tolky Monkys won´t pay the costs of re-delivery unless the article was defective or make any mistake in the delivery.
